Multi-class discounts available for dancers/families taking more than one class. Prices below do not include HST, added at checkout.

• Full Year Classes (payment plans available)

  • 30 minutes = $450/year

  • 45 minutes = $500/year

  • 60-75 minutes = $575/year

• 10-week Classes

  • 30 minutes: $170/semester or $450/year

  • 45 minutes: $190/semester or $500/year

  • 60 minutes: $225/semester or $575/year

• Special Offerings

  • Parent and Tot - $150/10-week semester*

  • Music and Moves with Baby - $95/6-week semester*

  • Dance Leaders Program - $1250/year *(payment plans available) (enrolment by application – Program includes up to 7 classes per week)

Discounts are available for students/families registering for more than one class according to the following:
First Class - Full Price
Second Class - Save 10%
Third Class - Save 15%
Fourth + Class - Save 20%

Payment Policy

1. Registration and Fees

   Monthly payment plans are available for all classes running from September-June. Pay monthly (9 or 12 instalments per year).

   For all classes 10 weeks or less, the total class fee is due prior to the first class.

   If you need to make an alternate arrangement, contact us.

   
   2. Accepted Payment Methods

   We accept the following payment methods:

   • Cash, Debit, or Credit (in-person)

   • E-transfer to payments@cornerbrookdancehub.com

   • Credit Card (online through Class Manager) - pay as you go, or put your card on file in your portal

   
   Please allow up to 5 business days to see your e-transfer or in-person payment posted to your Class Manager account.

   
   3. Late Payments

   Payments not received by 30 days after the invoice was issued (including payment plan instalment reminders) will incur a late fee of $10/month. Missed or late payments may result in the loss of your class spot. If your family needs financial support to participate in dance classes, please contact us to discuss payment plan and scholarship options.

   
   4. Refunds

   Before processing refunds, families must notify the CBDH office (phone, email or in-person) that they will not be continuing in the class. Classes will be billed until we receive notification.

   • Full-year classes: Dancers will be removed from classes starting from the date the office is notified. Families will be charged a pro-rated fee of $25+HST per hour-long class / $18.75+HST per 30-45 minute class that has occurred since their registration date. If there is a balance owing it must be paid within 30 days. If there is a refund owing it will be paid back to the original payment method within 14 days.

   • Semester-long classes: Refunds of the full amount minus a $25+HST administration fee are only available before the second class. No refunds are available after that time.

   Exceptions to the refund policy may be made on compassionate grounds (such as when a dancer develops a health condition or a family is experiencing a significant situation that prevents participation for the remainder of the term). The Corner Brook Dance Hub office should be notified as soon as possible when this is the case and refunds will be allocated on a case-by-case basis.
